Operator Training: Training is available by
calling Copier Services at 3-6853 or sending a Operator
Training Request Form. A technician will come to your location and
demonstrate the copier functions, installation of paper, offer instruction on
cleaning jams, and other minor problems not requiring a technician. A
department may choose to have the entire group trained or just one or two individuals.
Loading paper is the responsibility of the department.
Copier Manuals: An operator's manual
is delivered with each copier. It is very important that the manual
remain with the copier so users can refer to it should problems arise.
It is also very important that the manual be returned with the copier when
the copier is no longer needed.
