and Future. Invited guests include Mr. Joseph DeLaine Jr. and
Ms. Beatrice Rivers, original plaintiffs in Briggs vs. Elliott
(1954), Dr. Lorin Anderson, expert witness in Abbeville County
School District vs. State of South Carolina (1996), The Honorable
Matthew J. Perry Jr., lead attorney in Briggs v. Elliot, and Dr.
Richard W. Riley, former governor of South Carolina and former
U.S. Secretary of Education (1993-2001). |
