National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS)

Description:
  “NCJRS is a federally funded resource offering justice and substance abuse information to support research, policy, and program development worldwide.” Sponsored by the US Department of Justice (including National Institute of Justice, the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, the Office for Victims of Crime, the Bureau of Justice Statistics, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance), the US Department of Homeland Security, and the Executive Office of the President, NCJRS provides abstracts and full text reports on corrections, courts, drugs & crime, international criminal justice, juvenile justice, law enforcement, victims, statistics, and other issues in criminal justice.
