The Krause Center for Leadership and Ethics and the Student Government Association of The Citadel Graduate College are pleased to announce the 2009 Citadel Graduate College Leadership Seminar.

This one day graduate student centered seminar will be held Wednesday, July 22nd from 9-4 in Mark Clark Hall on The Citadel campus.  The theme for this seminar is "Lasting Leadership Through Effective Decision Making".  This seminar is being held in response to the great graduate student participation from the Principled Leadership Symposium held this past March and their request to provide graduate students with additional leadership learning opportunities at The Citadel.

The seminar will expand on its theme with an interactive schedule.  There will be two keynote speakers including CGC alumnus, Colonel Allison Dean Love, Executive Director of SC Insurance News Service and CGC member of The Citadel's Board of Visitors and Dr. Nancy McGinley, Superintendent of the Charleston County School District.  Students will also take a leadership assessment and actively participate in group decision making exercises and case study reviews.

This seminar is open to The Citadel and College of Charleston graduate students only.  There is no cost to attend.  Lunch will be provided.  The last day for registration is July 15th.  Spots are limited, register today!
