The greatest attendance at any Citadel home football game was the game against Marshall University, 10-17-92. More than 23,000 attended this game. It was standing room only and the only sellout in Citadel football history. Fifteen games had more than 20,000 in attendance. (Source: Citadel Football 2003, pp. 91, 102)
