BELL--LIBERTY

A small replica of the Liberty Bell can be found in the rotunda of Bond Hall. It was the gift of the Class of 1976. The inscription on the bell is taken from a verse of the King James Bible: PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHOUT ALL THE LAND UNTO ALL THE INHABITANTS THEREOF (Leviticus 25:10). (HN & DH)
