Payday

The Citadel payperiods are semimonthly.

Paydays are the 15th and the last day of the month.

If payday falls during the weekend, payday will be Friday.
If it falls on a holiday, payday will be the day before the holiday.

Direct deposit stubs are
picked up on payday in the Treasurer's Office by one contact person in
each department. This person will then distribute the direct deposit stubs
within the department.

Permanent employees are paid current (i.e., the pay you receive
on September 15th is payment for work from September 1st through September
15th).

Temporary employees are paid one pay period behind.
