If you already have Adobe's free Acrobat software installed on your computer:

   1.Click on the application you'd like to print--see below.
   2.Click on "Print" when the form appears in your browser.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may have a problem printing unless you click on the
print icon on the Acrobat toolbar. This icon is a picture of a printer that appears at the far left directly
under the Address URL box when a PDF document is opened in Explorer.

If you do NOT have Adobe's Acrobat software installed on your computer:

   1.Click on "Get Acrobat Reader" to download a copy of the software from Adobe
     Systems Web site--see below.
   2.Follow the installation instructions on the Adobe Web site to properly install the
     software.
   3.Click on the application you'd like to print--see below.
   4.Click on "Print" when the form appears in your browser.
