The Citadel STEAM Camp

Forensics of the Future

June 6-10, 2022
9 am - 3 pm daily
Rising 5th - 8th grade students

All rising 5th-8th grade students are invited to investigate Forensics of the Future with The Citadel STEAM Camp!

Led by highly-qualified Citadel faculty/cadets, campers will go hands-on and high-tech to solve crime scene mysteries with art and science. Capture digital images with drones and 3D scanners, collect biological and physical evidence, and conduct experiments to crack the case. Gain real-world knowledge from Citadel faculty and field experts.

Camp is taught on The Citadel campus at 171 Moultrie Street in Charleston daily from 9 am to 3 pm. Small class size grouped by age and we do our best to honor requests.

Cost is $250/week with sibling, military, Title I, and Citadel faculty/staff discounts. Snacks are provided but please bring lunch from home each day.

The camp is led by co-directors Prof. Tiffany Silverman from the Fine Arts program and Dr. Jennifer Albert from the STEM Center of Excellence.
