Graduate Assistantships

Graduate assistantships are available for students carrying a minimum of six credit hours each semester. Graduate assistants are assigned as needed by the Provost to work as assistants in various academic departments and activities for the academic year. Initial assistant selection is made by the departments and activities. If you are awarded an assistantship, you should be available for work in your assigned department for approximately twenty hours per week.
