Philosophy
of Education:
I believe that all children are able to learn if
given
appropriate quality instruction and an appropriate amount of
time.
It is the responsibility of the educator to determine the appropriate
method
of instruction and appropriate time frame. In order to do this,
educators
must get to know themselves as teachers as well as communicators and
get
to know the students' interests, study habits, and intelligences.
The educator must then strive to meet the needs of each student in the
classroom.
