CSI Application Procedures

2008 CSI Acceptance Criteria

1. You must be academically accepted to The Citadel and planning on matriculating in Fall 2008.
2. You must be medically cleared to attend The Citadel. Please contact the Citadel Infirmary at (843) 953-6847 with any questions about medical clearance.
3. You must submit an application essay describing your goals for attending CSI and how you plan to meet those goals. (Details on the essay requirement will be provided in the application packet.)

Ready to apply for the 2008 CSI Program?

Here's how

1. Fill out and mail in the application form along with your $100 application fee and required essay to reserve a space in the 2008 CSI program. Space is limited to 120 students (60 per session), and registration is first-come, first-serve, so don't wait!
- All accepted students will receive an application form and information packet in the mail. Contact the CSI Coordinator if you have not received an application and would like one.

2. Once we receive and process your application, we will mail you a registration packet with all the information you'll need to fill it out. Payment of all fees is due with your completed registration packet, unless you have enrolled in a payment plan through the Treasurer's Office / AMS.

3. Shortly after we receive your registration materials, we will mail you a comprehensive information packet about CSI. This packet will cover topics such as: what to bring / what not to bring, when to arrive and where to go when you do, rules and regulations, etc. Please be sure to bring this packet with you when you arrive for CSI.
