Please review the guidelines in this step-by-step checklist before requesting accounts that access Citadel email or on-line systems.
If you are requesting account access for a new or existing employee, please complete all sections of the form below. If the employee is paid by The Citadel's payroll, appropriate Human Resources paperwork must be completed before the account(s) can be created. If the employee is hired to work at The Citadel but will not be paid by The Citadel's payroll, (for example, active duty military faculty or Aramark employees), please submit the form for the employee and then direct the employee to contact Patti Becker, ITS Departmental Secretary for assistance. Patti initiates the account creation process for all non-payroll personnel.
Note: The Citadel hosts accounts for currently enrolled students and for current employees (faculty or staff); retired employees (faculty or staff) do not have access to Lesesne Gateway or other accounts.
If the employee who needs access to another system is not already using Citadel email or logging into Lesesne Gateway, complete the request as if this is a newly hired employee.
If the employee already uses Citadel email and has access to other Citadel systems but must now use an additional system, please submit this form: account request form for existing employees

Lesesne Gateway portal login will be provided by default to enable employee access to check payroll information and update emergency contact information for the BulldogAlert system.
Citadel email accounts are also created by default and must be used by employees to disseminate Citadel information. If this employee does not want to use email at all, please indicate that here and a Citadel account will not be created. Select an item Do not create email account

ITS will create the appropriate campus network login/portal/email account using the information provided above within 1-3 business days of receipt of this request.
When the account is ready to use, we will notify the account owner via personal email and include login instructions.

If no personal email address is specified, the user must visit the ITS Help Center in person for login instructions.
Note: If you indicated that a computer is required, it is your responsibility to schedule an appointment with an ITS Technician to install the computer.
