If you are currently experiencing problems with Kronos, please follow the instructions below:
- Right click on the following link and save the file to your desktop.
- Double click the file after it downloads to your desktop so it will install.
- It will restart your browser after the install is complete.
- Next go to Control Panel and find the Java icon.
- Double click it to open it.
- Click on the tab “Update”.
- Uncheck the box beside “Check for Updates Automatically”.
- Click “Apply” and “OK” It will give you a message about making the change but do it anyway.
- Go back to Control Panel and find the Internet Options icon.
- Double click to open it
- Click the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the "Java Sun" item and uncheck the box that says "Use JRE 1.x.x for <applet>" (the number listed here in place of the x's may vary slightly depending on the additional versions of Java that you have installed.)
- Click "Apply" and "OK"
You should now be able to logon to Kronos properly.
