Cadets from Murray, PT and Watts should take their PC's to their battalion ITS Technical Shop. Cadets from Law Barracks should take their PC's to Watts ITS Technical Shop. Only cadets from Stevens Barracks should take their PC's to Bond 254.
Drop Off Hours: Every shop in the barracks are open from 08:00 - 09:00 and 14:00 - 16:00. Bond 254 hours are 0600 - 18:00.
When visiting an ITS Workshop please abide by the following:
- TSE will not repair any laptop without the power cord.
- TSE does not work on X-Boxes. Please go here to register your Game Box. If you have any problems, please put in a Hotline Request with your MAC address for help connecting.
- Computers left for repair in Bond 254, Murray Shop, PT Shop or Watts Shop must be picked up in 30 days.
- ITS does not support Ruckus. The Citadel only houses the Ruckus
server. For any technical issues regarding Ruckus, please visit their
website here.
