The Steak Night program is in its 19th straight year. Steak Night is held on Monday Nights and starts at 6:45 PM. This program provides steaks to the entire football team and its support staff every week throughout the season. The program has been beneficial for the players not only from a weight retention aspect, but also from a morale point of view as they eat steak each week with Citadel Alumni and friends who support this beneficial program. The players greatly appreciate this program and look forward to meeting the sponsors each week.

The cost for a "Steak Night" is $600.00 to feed all of the players, coaches, training and equipment staff(about 150 people).
