The Citadel Career Center encourages inquiries from Employers and Graduate Schools who wish to recruit candidates from our undergraduate and graduate programs for full-time, part-time / seasonal, internship, and graduate study opportunities, as well as experienced alumni seeking career assistance through our office. Please refer to this page for information about our services.

Through Career Fairs, Job/Internship/Graduate School Program Postings via The Gate,
On Campus Interviews (employers), and Information Tables (graduate schools), the Career Center will help you connect with Citadel students and alumni (as appropriate) interested in opportunities with your organization.

The Citadel Career Center is a member of the National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE) and we follow their Professional Guidelines (at bottom of page of this link). We ask Third Party Recruiters to identify their clients when posting Jobs/Internships with our office per NACE Guide #5. We believe that students and alumni need this information to make an informed decision regarding their application. We are also a member of the state association (SCACE) and invite South Carolina employers to join the organization. (Details may be found at the preceding link).

We look forward to working with you!

REPORTING JOB OFFERS

Class of 2010
Employers, after you make job offers (whether accepted or not) to Citadel candidates from the Class of 2010 only (December 2009, April/May 2010, or August 2010), please complete the Job Offer Reporting Form - 2010 and return as indicated.

The Job Offer Reporting Form serves two purposes. First, it will be used by The Citadel Career Center for our tracking purposes regarding the types of employment, salary offers, and geographic locations our students accept. Candidates' names and salary offers will not be publicized. The information will be used for statistical analysis on the overall offers made to Citadel students. Second, the information (minus the candidates' names) will be submitted to the National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE) for their quarterly salary surveys (which do not identify individual firms). If you have questions about the salary survey, please refer to www.naceweb.org/info_public/salaries.htm for information and contact the listed representative with NACE, located at the bottom of the page.
