ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWING (OCI)
 
On-Campus Interviews (OCIs) are scheduled by employers either by posting jobs on The Gate, the web based career management and recruiting system (online job board, resume database, mentoring network, and more) or through participation at The Citadel Fall Career Fair or Spring Career Fair.

Students should review the OCI Guide for details about their participation.
 
OCIs associated with Career Fairs:
Recruiters participating in our career fairs may arrange an OCI date to follow-up with selected candidates met at the fair. Some dates will be arranged in advance, while others will be arranged after the recruiter has collected resumes at the career fair.

On-Campus Interview dates arranged in advance by organizations participating in Citadel Career Fairs are noted on the Career Fair Participant document for the respective career fair and found on the 'Career Document Library' sub-tab of your account on The Gate. (The Career Fair Participant document is posted soon after the start of recruiter registration, which typically begins 2-3 months prior to the fair date). These interview dates will also appear below on the OCI Schedule. Be sure to visit their tables at the career fair to be considered for an interview. Recruiters who have arranged OCIs in advance will schedule interview times for their OCI date with selected candidates during the career fair, while those who schedule an OCI date after collecting resumes at a career fair will follow-up directly with candidates of interest to schedule their interview times.
 
OCIs associated with Job Postings on The Gate:
OCI dates that coincide with a job posting on The Gate will appear below on the OCI Schedule. We expect to begin using the On-Campus Interviewing tab that is currently grayed out on student accounts with The Gate in Fall 2010. Details on how you may participate will be provided at a later date.

  Interviews are held at The Citadel Career Center at 573 Huger Street, unless otherwise noted.
  
     
 

On-Campus Interviews for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 will be scheduled starting late summer / early fall.
