The Citadel School of Business Administration will hold The Citadel Directors’ Institute March 17-18, 2011 in Charleston, SC at Charleston Place Hotel.

During the two day seminar, corporate directors from across the country will attend various sessions which will focus on best practices in corporate governance; developments in the legal, regulatory and political environment; and corporate risk management.
