Spring Band Concert (6:30 PM - 8:30 PM)

Reception following sponsored by CADIC
McAlister Field House
Free and open to the public

Part of The Citadel tradition since 1909, the Regimental Band and Pipes is composed of 80 cadet musicians and 35 pipers and drummers.  Whether on the parade field or in a concert hall, The Regimental Band and Pipes has earned an international reputation as one of the world's premiere military college bands, offering music with great variety and appeal. Members have marched during inaugural parades and national functions and played for the President of the United States on numerous occasions. Under the direction of CDR Mike Alverson, USN (Ret) and MAJ Jim Dillahey, SCM, cadets will play a wide variety of music beyond their parade repertoire including Broadway, soloist pieces, and the sounds of Scotland.

This spring concert is free and open to the public. Reception following is sponsored by CADIC.
