Read Memorandum Number 6– dated 30 May 2007 before completing Annexes A, B, and C. If you do not have a copy of said memorandum, contact The Department of Cadet Activities at 953-5111 to obtain your copy. In order to charter a club or organization this year, you must know the guidelines and follow them. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact Shelton Milner at 953-4875.

| Cadets interested in chartering a club/organization on The Citadel campus must print and complete Annexes A, B & C. The information requested is pertinent to your clubs charter. All three annexes must be completed and signed by the club/organization’s advisor. These documents must be turned in to Cadet Activities no later than 1 October. Every club/organization must have an up to date constitution/by-laws (Annex B) on file in Cadet Activities. Without this document, your club will not be recognized as an official Citadel club.
