Beach House

Located on the oceanfront of the Isle of Palms, the Robert R. McCormick Beach House is one of Charleston's premiere event venues.

The facility offers ample space for parties, wedding receptions, professional events, and cookouts. Reservation requests are accepted up to two years in advance, and bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

The beautiful two-story Beach House overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is built on a tract of approximately five acres. Beach House amenities include a large general purpose ballroom, porches on the front and rear of the building, a large screened porch on the side of the facility, and a serving kitchen for catering preparation. The location also includes a covered picnic area that is ideal for oyster roasts or family reunions / beach outings. Other outdoor amenities include shower facilities, storage lockers, outdoor cooking facilities, volleyball court, basketball court, and two pool tables.
