Beginning at 1 p.m. today, NASA’s official launch countdown clock will begin counting backward.  The Nov. 16 liftoff of the Atlantis is scheduled for 2:28 p.m. and can be viewed on NASA TV.

Randy Bresnik, ’89, and other crew members of the STS-129 mission are currently at Kennedy Space Center engaged in prelaunch activities.

 

Beginning Saturday, The Citadel Office of External Affairs will provide updates of the launch from Kennedy Space Center.
