Receiving Alumni News is a Benefit of Membership, but anyone can list Births, Deaths, Weddings, and Personals in the publication. Simply click on the appropriate form below to list your news item.
Births
This is the easiest way to list a birth in "From
Within the Ranks."
Deaths
Deaths can only be submitted by U.S. mail. A copy of
an obituary or other printed article is required for
publication.
Wedding
Announcements
Wedding Announcements can only be listed AFTER the wedding.
Engagements are not published.
Personals
and Photos
Personals can include anything from rank changes to
retirement.
Provisional
Appointments
Provisional Appointments of admission to the South
Carolina Corps of Cadets may be awarded to the
infant sons, daughters, grandsons or granddaughters of Citadel alumni.
A student who has reached his/her 12th birthday is no longer eligible for Provisional Appointment. An individual who receives a Provisional Appointment
must still apply to The Citadel and must meet all admission
requirements for the Cadet class he or she is applying
to join. The Citadel will guarantee a place in the Corps
of Cadets for any Provisional Appointee who meets all
admission requirements if application portfolio is submitted and completed prior to January 25 of the applicant's senior year in high school. Once admitted as a cadet, the student
must satisfactorily meet all criteria for continuance-
academic, conduct and military. Download the form here

Information you submit before May 31, 2008 will appear in the Summer 2008 Issue of Alumni News which will only be mailed to MEMBERS of The Citadel Alumni Association.
