    NOTE    :  Cadets seeking readmission after completing one semester (or more) in the Corps may     must re-apply through the Office of the Registrar .  The readmission application is available here.
  • Apply through the mail.  If you would prefer to complete the application by hand, please print the appropriate form below and mail it here.
